Be Safe Be Seen

Bit of an emergency blip tonight - busy day at work then straight to the last session in my Cycling course. Tonight I felt a lot more at ease on the cycle path and we managed a 6 mile round trip.
As a ' reward ' for finishing the course we were given hi- visibility rucksacks. Now all I need is the Lycra - ha ha
 Perhaps when I get a bit more confident I might even be able to carry a camera in it !! ( even if its only a disposable one )
