Soldanella in hiding

I have been looking for this flower ever since the snow has started to melt as it is always eager to get the first of the sun's rays. However, it has been hard to locate on these hillsides. I found plenty today by one of the streams, but it seems they are definitely off the beaten track and restricted to very specific areas around here. We had a delightful walk behind the house, which turned into a full afternoon's stroll as the landscape and flowers continued to lead us onwards and upwards.
