Open Wide
We found these at the market, roasted toads. Luckily P'Fon decided on something else for dinner. I've had them in curry before. It really didn't taste much different from the chicken curry.
For those of you who are squirming at the thought of eating a frog or toad, you're in luck because they are kind of difficult to skin and de-bone for the amount of meat you get. Therefore, they aren't on the menu often. :)
