River Gelt

Project time! It was nice to get out for a walk today. I knew I wanted to go back to Gelt Woods. A couple of weeks ago it poured so we abandoned the walk to keep the cameras dry. The beech leaves weren't open and I wanted to see them at their brightest green.

I also wanted to try out an idea I had with the cam corder. Working with two cameras, a monopod and a tripod worked out more tricky than I imagined, though I wasn't feeling too grand. Nevertheless, it was a lovely walk.

The day was rounded off with refreshments at the garden centre then a good sleep when I got home.
