Hot To Trough?

Great run out with friends and fellow athletes from Loughton Athletics Club tonight.

Hill loop repeats and relays in the amazing surrounds of Roding Valley Nature Reserve. Hard work but rewarding.

During the run we passed some cows that had been left to graze so I decided to return after in order to get my Blip.

Unfortunately when I went back I was not able to get close enough and then had a mishap with a cow pat! Eugh!

So I decided to look for another subject and quickly found this water trough.
