Lasagne for lunch!

Been a while!
I've just finished unpacking after moving house on Friday, I hope I never do again!
Working in the cafe again this week as the manager is on holiday ...AGAIN! That boy seems to have had 3 of the 5 months we've had this year off work!
It's lasagne with caramelised onion and mozzarella toast for lunch. Cream of Mushroom or Lentil and Bacon soup!
All made from scratch (not the bread),.Enjoy!
