So the other day I had a go at making some bread. Turns out it's super easy in the thermomix; so now, I'm making more.
This time a focaccia...  It was lovely having it rise on the windowsill, & baking it made the house smell divine. Oh so many ideas for flavours.  And i'm getting a little more brave - I even bought a loaf pan!!
I've a few small things to iron out to get a better consistency.  Going to seek some advice once I have a list of questions after attempting more types.  Will try more bread tomorrow for dinner too.

In other news - I didn't really achieve much.
