Bao zi....

or Chinese hamburger as my friend calls them. Bao zi is a steamed bun with a filling inside. The filling could be pork and a veg or beef, vegetable or red bean if you want something a bit sweet. Joan loves the red bean but I prefer the pork an celery....mmmm, they are delicious! They are an ideal breakfast or quick lunch and only cost 10p each - at 20p that is a cheap meal.
