Zucchini Pasta

Again, presentation is not my thing. The original plan was to make a tomato based sauce but I didn't realize how little we had left so we made two sauces. One is a sun dried tomato with mozzarella and the other is three cheese. I added chicken sausage to eat. It doesn't look great but it was delicious.
