From Cardinal Place, Victoria. Interesting CWGLA talk at Land Securities offices this evening - about the regeneration of Victoria. Not sure that I quite see eye to eye with developers though.  But it's a fascinating area and I'm part of a team that's leading some lunchtime guided walks there in May - another thing to get up to speed with!
