Summer's here!

What a fab day! I got home nice and early from school - around 4:15pm - and the Ards Man was nowhere to be seen. I thought I might settle down with a cup of coffee and my book.
I had deliberately not stopped at the Farm Shop on the way home as I knew I would buy cake......

I remembered that I'd noticed that the rhubarb patch seemed very leafy, so since I was feeling a bit peckish I decided to give rhubarb crumble a go.

Best idea ever! There is a lot of rhubarb in the garden, so I made two dishes of crumble - one is cooking even as I blip and one is in the freezer.

I'm feeling very virtuous. And soon I will be eating rhubarb crumble! Fab day :)
