PROTECTING FOURTEEN PHEASANT EGGS

She's chosen to nest in one of our raised beds long before we got round to clearing the weeds. She sits there just protected by a few blades of grass and her camouflage. We'll leave that  part of the bed to her until they all hatch and scamper off.
