Fast
I am trying the 5/2 diet. I have got the fast days down to a tee. Keep busy and drink lots and it's fine.
My only issue is I wake up the next day and I am extremely dehydrated. I drank all day yesterday but clearly not enough.
I drank my own weight in lemon water and coffee this morning. I felt like I had drank a lot of alcohol.
Buuut I think I have lost about 5lb so far.
