Out doing a spot of filming this morning for a new short promo video for work. Just about the next mission to Rwanda at the end of the month for a couple of our team.
This was just a bit of silliness before we got started...

Good day, frustrating moment with the computer in the office this afternoon, but got over that.. Life's too short to stress over a silly computer! Got home and rocked out a fab 4 mile run.. so feeling rather great!! :)
