Speicherstadt - the warehouse district

next to the harbor. This view from the Poggenpohl bridge is famous, especially at night as the buildings will be illuminated, but the evening was much to cold to go there tonight. If you put Hamburg - Speicherstadt  into Wikipedia.org you might find an excellent night picture of this spot by Thomas Wolf.
