I was working from home today as I had a podiatrist appointment out here. Apparently the pain I've been having for ages is due to over pronation so I got measured up for some insoles to help.

I got a bit done when I got home then was settling down for a lazy evening when the pager went off just before five. It was after eight by the time we got the lifeboat washed down and were able to head up the road. A positive outcome to teh search though.
