First of all many, many thanks for all the stars and faves for my 500th blip montage yesterday. It reached the dizzy heights of page 4 on the 'popular' section - woohoo...

After all that excitement I have been struggling for a blip today! In the end, I settled for this shot - the light has highlighted the embossed logo and fabric on the outside off my spectacle case.

In other news, sadly I found the bodies of two baby birds, not fledged, that were dropped next to each other by our shed. There are no trees nearby so they have not fallen from a nest. I can only assume they have been stolen by something. What is really sad is that there is no damage to the bodies so they have not been stolen for food. I suspect that they may be blackbirds - there was a lot of commotion in the hedges behind us recently. Such a waste. Hopefully the parents have time for another brood.
