Well, I did it, not keen on selfies, but I propped the camera on the workbench and put the 10 sec timer on -just long enough to whip my glasses off (so vain!)  The spanner was at request of a friend on FB!

I've come to the realisation that a boiler suit is a state of mind as well as  an item of clothing - wearing it today for the first time I got so much done!!! Three doors under-coated and the bathroom walls sanded and primed!  (and two washings done too!) Sad to say they (it?) are now paint splattered and dusty.
