Viburnum?

I think it is...but not 100% sure...smells nice and the flowers are very waxy.

Busy day filled with meeting friends and Parish Council meetings....oh and a sight test, new glasses needed, which is no surprise, I was told chemo add some deterioration to my sight and I could tell it has. On the upside it means I can get new glasses!!

Parish meeting was low on attendees, as expected, but the ones that were there were had some valid points and good to talk to them afterwards.
