Following In His Father's Footsteps

Thursday is cookery day for Young Master M. He stays behind after school to learn cookery skills for his Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award. Tonight's offering - bread and butter pudding made with chocolate chips rather than raisins. Looks and smells fabulous. I'm so glad that he is taking after his dad in the cookery department. So far we've had such delights as blackberry and apple crumble, chicken chow mein, shepherds pie, lasagne and individual cheese and bacon quiches. All wonderful. Roll on next Thursday!
