The Great Tit. ''King of the Castle

Well. Today has been another grey and wet day(ISO 3600 in May?).I had run out of Bird food until the delivery arrived about 10 am.
 All the birds had taken cover in the surrounding trees waiting.I think they knew it had arrived before I did? 
  No sooner was it in the feeders,than they were there,like Vultures.Starling fighting Starling.Robins and Sparrows Tit Mice darting in between for tit bits.Whilst sitting quietly in the background,waiting patiently for there turn were the Jackdaws.
  Just why are the so well mannered????
It must be to do with ''Pecking order''?   lol
