Polling Day

I woke up this morning with a migraine. I think another bad nights sleep on top of the others was the final straw, and I felt awful. I was needed at the farm today though so by the grace of God I made it through the day. I was feeling pretty awful still at home time though, so my colleague offered to lead my trip the next day.
I wanted to use my vote though, so as a family we headed to the polling station. We talked about the reason we vote and how important it is to vote. From the look on Miss Pink's face, she wasn't sure quite what to make of it, but Master Pink told us all about the election they are doing in his class.
We'll have to see what the future holds now.
