Baby Coot Feeding

I picked up a new Olympus zoom 75-300mm (150-600mm equiv) and headed to Inverleith Pond. Plenty of interest including  a close up Heron with nice hair (see extra) but what attracted me was a newly hatched family of 5 coot chicks. Liked this tender moment where this little one tilted its head to get the bug. BTW lens is superb, very light and reasonably sharp. Was hand holding only and there is £100 off in their summer promotion.
