This is such a day

where I have trouble selecting the photo of the day. So I switched on my computer to use the extra photo option for the first time.

Today I went for a walk in an area where I've been a couple of times these last weeks, waiting for wild orchids to show up. And today they were there! So that had to be my photo of the day. But the area also turned white with blooming hawthorn (is that the common name?) and yellow with buttercups. A very, very, very enjoyable walk!
