An Edinburgh Tram

Mrs AMK's birthday today so what better to do than have a trip on the train to Edinburgh and spend some time in our capital city - always a delight even on a chilly day like today!
After a lovely lunch at the Dome we decided to take a trip on one of the new trams which caused so much controversy in the city - we paid our £1.50 each, took a ride to the outskirts of the city - got off bought more tickets and caught the next tram back to Princes Street! 
We enjoyed it - how sad!  Quite a difference from the Edinburgh trams which I remember fondly from my childhood trips to visit my granny in Edinburgh.
