"Send in the Clowns"

Puffins in breeding plumage. Also known as 'Sea Parrots' (Fratercula arctica).

These were on the Isle of May - an island in the Firth of Forth reached by an hour's sail from Anstruther. I took 180 photos during the two and a half hour visit and chose this one for my blip.

I've had a mammoth committee meeting this evening (7:30 to 10pm) during which 0 photos were taken. I am now exhausted and off to bed shortly looking forward to a long lie tomorrow.
