Corbiere Lighthouse

Early start to the day with breakfast before crossing the road from the hotel to Gatwick airport.  It was a very short flight - barely time for a cup of tea. We picked up a hire car and headed off for a look around the west of the island.

The rain and grey skies cleared and we had a beautiful day, albeit rather chilly out of the sun.  We stopped at various places for a walk around and to see the coast.  It is beautiful with waves crashing against the rocks.

I spent some time photographing the local flora and fauna - will have macro lens with me tomorrow!

Now at the hotel in St Helier and will meet up with the group for dinner later on.
