Knees Up

Played in my works football tournament this afternoon but my team couldn't repeat last year's success.

On the positive side I managed to play the whole tournament despite a rather troublesome left knee.

Not looking forward to tomorrow morning though 'cos I reckon it's going to be quite sore.

The problem - age!
