6 stitches & a wonky nose!

Not the blip I had planned for today! Out on my bike not even half a mile from home and I hit a curb and came off my bike, my sunglasses did the damage!
Trip to A&E later gas and air to try and straighten my nose and 6 stitches under my eye, oh and now I have tissue stuffed up my nose to try and stop it bleeding!
Epic fail as now I can't race at tomorrow's triathlon, dirty lake water and stitches not a great mix!
