Work has been manic as I transition from one role to one I think I'll like more once I really know what the new job is

the stress in this was that my boss (a lovely woman) was on a temporary promotion which was being extended almost week by week

in best Civil service traditions it was then advertised on level transfer...luckily for us the only taker couldn't be released to us so it was advertised on a promotion basis

5 candidates were interviewed yesterday and ..............she got it

so now I can continue to work with someone I trust as I define the job which she gave me

Stress level dropping..........................................
