Before dawn

But only just. This was the sky at 5:50 am today. This photogrqaph has been cropped a bit at the bottom but otherwise it is just as it came out when downloaded. I can't belioeve the purples we get. And in about 10 minutes it was all over. I am very fortunate to be able to see this from the house and be out in the field in a minute and catch it. I can't get sunsets from home because we have a hill on the southwest side. I should have to drive out to see it and I should do this sometime.
After all that display, we have had a showery on and off day. Extremely humid. The windows of the car all steamed up on the inside as well as out when we set out this morning. You who live in Florida, Texas and Louisiana know all about this but it is not common in Kansas.
I am glad you all enjoyed the sepia linden! It is a pretty tree, almost two toned when it is in flower. thank you for all the stars and comments.
