Useful or beautiful

There are, for both Alex & I, much more considered interior & decor decisions.
Not necessarily hanging pictures because we happen to have them or are heirlooms, not fill the rooms with unnecessary crap that we don't know what to do with, nor make the house look like a second hand curios shop....
Yes, granted, I did buy this table from the vintage shop up the road but I'm giving much more thought to things because I want the house to remain clean, clutter free & some what minimal and modern.
