Mini-Floral Designs

Various floral arrangements are placed throughout the house and gardens during our second biggest event of the year, the Flower Show.  This image shows one of the mini-floral designs on display during the show.  It is very special as it was designed by the woman who was the last of the Roth family to live in the house.  She also helped broker the deal with the National Historic Trust for Preservation back in 1975 - placing the house in protective shared custody between the NHTP and Filoli Center.   She is now in her 90s and lives close by.  She visits regularly and has many artistic talents, including miniature floral display arrangements.
