Keep the noise down!

This Royal Navy Merlin helicopter disrupted the tranquility of the Castle grounds this evening as I arrived for evening reception duties. This Sunday is the Supercar Siege at the castle and the helicopter was an early arrival.

Not much to report today after a day at my desk with the usual conference calls, report writing, news scanning etc etc. Had a headache all day and not had a chance to eat properly with a 5 hour evening shift on top of a day at my desk.

Feeling pretty burnt out and looking forward to a mini pamper at the village spa in the morning. Shame it's not a spa in the Caribbean but never mind. Craving catch up time with friends and family and hoping I will get a chance over the weekend.
