Exploring Mile End

Maya and I managed to waste lots of time downtown today although we did manage to close our bank accounts and sort out some things! We then met Sophy, a Cali girl we met in our hostel, in Mile End to do some exploring - we grabbed some bagels, explored some thrift shops and boutiques and finally got some iced coffee in the coolest cafe! Then more boutiques and galleries were searched before we dropped on to a bench in the park to eat our bagels
at 3 in the afternoon. It was so hot and sunny so nice to stop and relax. For the rest of the afternoon we strolled down St Laurent absorbing the different cultures, smells and sights only stopping for an ice cream! We made dinner in the hostel and then went out to find some live music and dance the night away
