Back in Périgord

It is Ascension Day and we spend the long bank holiday weekend with our family group of 9 people in the Périgord. The journey was easy with a direct flight to Bordeaux and then two rental cars to our hotel, a charming house in the countryside. While we were seated in the lounge before dinner, enjoying a glass of white Bergerac, 'le coq de la maison' was getting sleepy and finding his favourite place for the night on a windowsill.
