Blue poppies

The final outing with my sister-in-law and brother-in-law before they travel on to friends on the west coast. Branklyn Gardens is just down the road from us, and each time we go I wonder why we don't visit more often. Meconopsis are one of their specialities.

I had intended a week of b&w blips, but you will see I weakened a little yesterday, and today gave in to colour completely.
