The Floating Harbour

Ages back, if memory serves me correctly, Clean Steve wrote a journal entry about exploring Bristol by following a walk he'd found online.

Today, we had to go to Bristol's Southmead Hospital as I had an appointment for an MRI scan (good news - I still have a brain!!) so we decided to make a day of it and explore the Floating Harbour area.

And what a day it was! Glorious sunshine, lots of things learnt about Bristol's ship-building history, lots of evidence of Isambard Kingdom Brunel's genius, and lots of photos taken.
