Not on my A Game

Up at the crack of dawn on a Friday to catch the train to Leamington for a meeting. Had a panic when my colleague didn't join me as planned at Stockport, especially as I didn't hear from her for another 90mins. Turns out she had fainted so wasn't coming.

I went to the meeting solo with half the information I needed and it didn't go brilliantly. I'm normally quite good at papering over any cracks but I was tired after a busy week so wasn't on my A Game. By any stretch.

I would go as far as to say it was one of the worst meetings I've ever had.

Caught the train to Birmingham afterwards to work with the web developers on my other business for 3 hours. We sat in front of a screen playing with my website and it was very satisfying as I got to make all the changes I wanted quickly and with their help. The new business is almost ready to roll out and I am getting a teeny bit excited.

Home via M&S for some ping and ding meals and some wine with Angus. Squidge was still awake waiting for me, bless her and she told me she's missed me and stroked my face. That kid, she's my everything.
