A bad week

Sorry for my absence. We have had a HMI and OFSTED in this week.

There was an agenda from the start. I have never experienced anything like it in my whole teaching career. Oosha Devi was like an unrelenting predator. Positives were ignored. Explanations not wanted. We are left shocked and hollow.

The head will resign. The word 'academy' lurks in the air. Our futures uncertain. A Trojan horse clear out? Who knows....but something doesn't smell right.
