Stepping out.

I really don't want to go to the gym tonight but I haven't been for a couple of weeks. To coax me along I decided it was time to use the new laces I won in a competition. I was hoping for tickets to the Commonwealth games when they are held in Glasgow in 2014 but still the laces are bright and cheery.
Think I should be buy new trainers and do some colour co-ordination tho'.
