My mum doesn't have a soggy bottom

It is a Mary Berry recipe, and cooked to perfection... 

I've been deserted by Dave, who has headed off to see his Dad for a few days,  so I'm staying with the crumblies and behaving like a teenager... I'm just coming to the end of my latest OU module so I've got a big old essay to write... so I'm shutting myself in my bedroom doing my homework and only coming out when my mum tells me my tea's ready... 

She spoilt me today by making an enormous cake... I could get used to this... :-)
