Mooched round town this morning, enjoyed a yummy lunch in a lovely pub beer garden, very nice!
Home this afternoon and I took off out for a good run, 3.9 miles, 42 minutes, was quite hot out there today! But it was most enjoyable .. Me, my shadow, blue sky and sunshine.. Lovely!
