Dead Good Day

Picked up H at 9 this morning - the three of us the had a two hour tour of The Gaiety Theatre and Opera House - Douglas - decided that their facilities are much better than the ones on offer at the local venue where we perform shows

On to Kirk Patrick to visit their annual fete - had fresh caught Queenies for lunch - as well as a sausage sandwich for lunch - this is the view from the churchyard

Then visited Jurby Junk - an aircraft hanger piled high with "junk" and books from floor to ceiling - before returning H home the scenic way

Next stop was Creg-Ny- Baa - an hostelry on the TT course for a meal with B and D - who used to be the village butcher some 30 years ago

An interesting and full day - leaving us feeling dead tired - have agreed to meet everybody next year
