Bright and Beautiful?

I took Harriet over to Bradford this afternoon as she needed to call in at the university library. 

This is Bradford University's Bright Building. Designed to a target specification it delivers the world's highest ever BREEAM (Sustainability) rating of 94.95%.

It's designed to make the most of natural lighting, heating and cooling. But is it as beautiful as the flowers outside?
