Gym selfie! Not the usual kind (I don't have any abs to show you). As you can see I forgot to bring my hairbrush. My deoderant was also left behind. Not as bad as the last time when I forgot to take my underwear to change into a couple of weeks ago. That was awkward.

Surprise visit from rosie gee tonight! Sooo lovely to catch up, although we only got to snatch a couple of hours between her flight and her megabus to Plymouth. She is a total nutter but she has a heart the size of Thailand itself!
