'South Wharf Dawn'

The weather yesterday was so perfect and today was forecast to be even better, so I made the most of it and got up super early to head into town for some night shots. Headed down to the South Wharf area and did a full circle loop of the area around the Yarra River.

There was virtually no wind, which meant very calm waters and great reflections, and the sun rising behind me was lighting up the apartment buildings down on the Wharf.

Arrived home for breakfast and a shower before heading up to Wallan to visit Nana Mac & Uncle Donald for morning tea. Great to see her still going strong at almost 99 years of age.

Home after lunch and I took both kids down to the oval in Diamond Creek to play soccer and ride around on the electric scooter that Uncle Donald has let us borrow.

Home just before dark and watching the 'A League' soccer Grand Final. Melbourne Victory are taking on Sydney FC and it's now half time and Victory are up 1 zip.
