Oatcake production line

We have now been making oatcakes on a daily basis. Eubers has his recipe down to a fine art. After a walk down Byres Road today and a trip into Waitrose, we were inspired to try out a few different ideas.

I think Eubers' oatcakes are SO good, he could go into business.
