To do list

So the majority of the smaller bits of old fence and garden rubbish not destined for the compost have been burned.

The pond has been cleaned, pump included, and plants tidied up and put back in.

The vine eyes and wire has been done and the Roses and clematis tied in.

Now the compost bins need emptying.  The bins were moved into a new spot, stuff not quite ready put back in to rot down some more, and we have two big tubs of homemade garden compost ready to add to the front garden once the new fence is erected.

It took much longer to complete the task because 2 Robins joined us to pick out bugs and worms for their chicks.  We kept stopping to take photos. They weren't a bit afraid and we're perfectly happy to furkle amongst the compost as we worked.
