Rose

Today has been like the lull before the storm, only the storm hasn't materialised, but I'm really fed up with the weather and it's unseasonable chill and can't wait for the days when we can pop in and out of the garden all day and feel sunshine on our faces. I'm keeping positive though and hoping the coming week will be better.

This morning I spent a bit of time trying out various ways to get a pic of this rose that would be a bit different to the type of thing I normally do;  it's a bit of a change of style but I can't say it was planned  -  simple one of those shots that just evolved.
